I want to learn the in depth reasons behind my issue. Should arts be kept in schools knowing how they benefit students? How expensive is running a fully functional art class? How many schools have lost this privelage and enriching experience? Why would the government want to remove these classes from our educational systems? What programs are in place to help keep the fine arts in school if not still in the community for children? How could the average citizen help keep the fine arts in their local schools? The way children grow up will change their futures; our future relies on the act of today.

I definately like your topic because I am "arty". I think that art is being taken out of schools and it is depriving children of expressing their emotions, showing creativity, and having fun. I personally believe that schools should take the incentive to bring the arts back to schools.
ReplyDeleteI love this topic because I think the same as you that arts should be kept in schools. If they do take them out then what are kids going to have to express themselves or just blow off some steam. Will more things happen like the fiasco at Socastee High?
